Standard UK Delivery is £4.95. We also have a cheaper delivery service at £2.95 for all jewellery, notebooks scarves and makeup bags (These are cheaper for us to post and we like to be fair).

We do ship to Europe for £8.00, there are some addresses are system won’t currently accept, if you are from the European Union.

Postage takes 2-7working days in the UK. Please be aware there are delays at the moment with post in some areas due to the lockdown.

All orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, unless advised otherwise. For mainland UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Second Class Mail. Or for larger orders or more difficult packaging we will use a parcel delivery company, usually My Hermes.

Next Day Working Day Delivery – we offer a next day delivery service in the UK only. All Next Day orders must be ordered before 12pm (midday) to be sent out in time for the next day. Otherwise you will receive your order two days after you place the order. We usually post via the Post Office guaranteed delivery by 1pm. Next Working Day Delivery costs £12.50 for all sized parcels.

If you are not present to accept your parcel, a card will be put through your door informing you how and where to collect or rearrange your delivery. Or simply provide us with an alternative delivery address where your items can be placed. If you tell us to leave them somewhere this is your choice but we can not be liable for any parcels left in a ‘safe place’. If you need your item within a certain time frame please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs.

Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability and we reserve the right to decline any order. Our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order; it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The order is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated & the order has been dispatched.


Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive to us within 48 hours, your order will be held and despatched together. If the Next Day or Saturday options are selected the delivery will take place on this service once the items become available. If the delay is longer than 48 hours your order will be part despatched.
The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

Currently there are delays in some areas. Please note post can be slower than normal in all areas. If an order hasn’t been received with in 14 working days.  and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.
 Once an item has been signed for it is accepted that the order has been received in a good condition. Please check items carefully before signing for the parcel.


Should you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resalable condition in all the original packaging. The item needs to be received back within twenty eight days from the day the parcel was delivered. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

If an item is faulty then please contact us. We will be able to assist with a replacement or a refund.

Please do not return a faulty item without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund your return postage charge.


All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. La Juniper Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

If an item is returned outside of the 28day time frame (14day notice time+14day returns time), or is in a non-resalable condition, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of La Juniper and will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, and the original item is not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the returns postage.Please also note certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene e.g. pierced products such as earrings.
For exchanges, please return all items in accordance with the above. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please complete the exchange information on the returns form. Our policy on Returns will apply to exchanges, however, all exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service team.
