What does delivery cost? 

Delivery Costs – Free shipping option on all orders over £100. Under £100 post price is £4.95 for standard delivery. Or £2.95 for jewellery, coasters and other items we can post in Large Letter boxes. Most parcels are sent out via the Royal Mail. Though we sometimes use Hermes or other delivery companies for large or awkward sized items.

When will my items be shipped? 

We aim to ship with in 2 working days. We usually manage to ship in time, but at busy times of year, such as around Christmas there will be a delay. But we will get your order out to you as soon as possible, we promise. 

How will we contact you if there is a problem with the order? 

If there is a problem with your order we will email you. If we can’t get through on email we will try calling. The only reason we will contact you is if there is an issue with your address (e.g if we believe it has been inputted wrong or the Royal Mail doesn’t accept the address). Or if we have an issue with the product you have ordered. We will never email or text you with a link or asking for payment. Neither will our delivery companies as we do not share your details except name and address with the delivery companies. 

How can I pay? 

We take payment via Paypal or Stripe (which allows you to pay with a credit or debit card). We don’t hold your card details or see them, it is all done through these two companies. 

What does ethical mean on the website? 

Ethical is a broad term we use on the site. We aim for every item to be ethical at least in the payment of the makers. As well as paying a fair price to our UK makers, we sell fair trade items and some items sold by companies that have high standards of pay and care of their staff. 

Can I change my mind? 

We hope you love your order. However, if you change your mind, most items can be returned. If we haven’t sent the order out yet we can process the refund of any item. If we have sent it back, we will need to wait until the item is returned to us. We are afraid we are only a small business and therefore can’t pay for the postage (either postage sent out or the return postage as we do not make profit on this and we can’t get the money back.) It can take up to 14 working days for refunds to appear on your card (2 days for us to process it and up to 10 days for the banks to process the refund), but it is usually within 3 days.

Refunds need to be returned to us within 14days of the day you received them. If you need longer please let us know. But we will need to be told within 14days. There are a few items that can’t be returned, including earrings. These can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Anything that can’t be returned it will say in the large description.
